I needed a new wireless printer and this was on sale . It took longer to set up than non wireless , but after I figured out how to connect it’s easy to print. Overall good printer I wish it came with more directions on how to use all the features , you have to figure them out on your own.

Set up was easy without the disc. Works just ask need it to, if a bit noisy.

Very pleased with this so far. It was on sale so for a great price. This does everything we need. Easy set up. Able to use an app from my phone too. It even came with the black and color ink. All previous printers I've purchased had one of the inks or no ink at all. Only negative is the price to replace the ink.

I absolutely love this cannon printer. The best by far, has Bluetooth and easy to use. Does everything I need it to do and fast.

This was a great price, it was very easy to set up this wireless printer, and the installation all explained with easy step by step instructions and photos of what to do and where to do it at. The printer, and scanner both work great, and with ease from my lap top, pad or cell phone. Love this printer.....

The first printer Ive ever had that actually works right out of the box with next to no setup and no stupid bloating software to install neccessary to run it. The price is amazing too.

A good printer for a very low price. It is the 3rd one we use almost daily as our traveling printer. The other 2 are in our offices.. Light weight and the way the paper is handled with input above the machine and the out put in the front make it handy in tight spaces such as small tables in a motel room. The print quality is good and speed fast enough for light duty use. Only concern is to get the light weight it is kind of flimsy construction. We have learned to handle it carefully so have not had repeats of the problems that happened the first day.

So far i love this printer. Just for what we need. It is wireless, for me i always print from my iphone directly to this printer. Easy set up and comes with a starter ink. I got this on sale as well at best buy. With sale, free points from my elite certificate, i almost paid nothing on this printer!:)

I was delighted that this printer was so easy to set up and to connect it to our wifi. The printing is very clear. I am very happy with it so far.

I can't remember having another printer other than this one since my kids were little, now 21 and 16. I have repurchased this same unit 4x in all these years. Once a manufacturer replacement. The others I purchased when the unit became worn. My kids and I put a lot of wear on printers with school projects and research papers. It's easy to use, easy to clean heads etc, kids have been handling this unit solo since elementary school. Just purchased a new one and I will as long as this model continues to be available.

Needed a printer for a second computer and I like the fact that this Canon model only needs one color and one black and white cartridge. The fact that it will print B&W, even when the color is 'out' , is a plus! Great value, priced under $50

I decided to get rid of my HP Envy printer after several battles with it not working. Did not want another HP so went with this Canon MG3620. Best decision ever! Easy set up and works like a charm. No more battles for me now that I bought a reliable printer. I will stick with Canon products in the future.

As far as printer, it's a good. Accomplised required tasks BUT! Why did i have to spend hours trying to find a compatible driver with my microsoft program?! I finally had to disable micosoft "s" mode to get the correct dri er installed so i could utilize the wifi option. Microsoft warned against disabling s mode, but since my computer usage is minamal, i disregarded that advice. Companies should work together for the Consumer. Use is easy AFTER downloading the driver.

My new printer was easy to install and has been easy to use. I bought it at the recommendation of the GEEK Squad agent primarily due to the fact that it uses the same type ink cartridges as my old printer. I happened to have over $100 in new ink cartridges on hand and did not want to waste them. I like the fact that it can do double sided when printing a computer document. I do not like the fact that it does not allow you to make multiple copies when you are using it as a copier. It does not have a number pad and screen like my old PIXMA.

Very compact and easy to set up. Don't do a lot of printing and this printer seems to be perfect.

This printer/scanner replaces an older Canon printer/scanner that didn't work in Windows 10. This unit works well for printing, scanning and photos. I'm very happy with it for the price. The old printer had a firmware app for operating the scanner that was useful. The new printer doesn't come with the app, but a generic scanner app for Windows is available that works well with this printer. The ink tanks provided with the printer are low capacity. I recommend buying replacement ink tanks with this printer, if you are about to embark on a large printing project.
