The quality is great, it was easy to connect my iPhone and iPad to printer making it very easy to make copies. I had an issue but Cannon was great is rectifying the concern

This is a nice printer for the money. It was easy to connect via wifi to my laptop. The software is easy to use. Printer is a little noisy.

Very basic printer with Wireless ability. Old Canon printer finally died and needed a new one so after reading reviews decided on MG3620. Prints great and I now have the ability to print from two computers, one wireless and one using regular connection. If you need a basic printer, no fax etc. this is the one, very easy setup. Canon has never let me down. This printer on sale was a buy !

Works great, easy set up. Only draw-back is there is no auto-feed, so it takes time when copying or scanning multiple documents. Great other than that.

Set up was pretty easy and it works great. Nice price too for a 3 in 1 printer. So far, I am happy with this purchase.

I absolutely love this printer! I had had a similar one before but had bought it independently through another base. I had it for a few years but when it gave out I had to ultimately dispose of it. I wanted to buy it again and new I had to do it through BestBuy! Even though it's the same product, this one feels much better quality and knowing that I'll be able to bring it and get help with any issues thanks to their awesome customer service and geek squad teams is a great relief!

picked up this printer through the app for in-store pickup during the black friday sale. purchased it shortly after midnight and the printer was ready thanksgiving day. was shocked and incredibly satisfied with the overall process. the printer itself took maybe 20 minutes to set up, mostly connecting to my wifi. it spit out a few pages already that i needed to print and it was fantastic. probably wouldn't have paid the original price, but it seems like a complete steal at this time.

I had a Canon Pixma 2200 for almost 5 years. The rollers finally wore out. I have a small home business & print a lot of labels, packing slips, etc. For now, I don't need laser. Didn't want ADF or fax. No bells or whistles, just reliable. I also didn't want big. This printer sits neatly on my desk & doesn't take up a lot of space. It's very familiar, easy to use, & is the exact same printer but is Wi-Fi now which 2200 was not. It even takes the same ink cartridges & came w/1 color & 1 black. Did not come with USB but they are easy to find (I had one). Best Buy shipping was fast - arrived within 2 days to my doorstep. Unpack, install software, hook up, turn on, align cartridges, & away we go. I really like Canon printers & am very happy with this purchase. So glad that Best Buy had it in stock at an affordable price with free ship. Thanks!

A good printer for simple print and copy functions. Easy to setup and network with other devices.

I was looking for an inexpensive printer to only use on rear occasions, and came across this. It is a little loud but it prints quickly and the prints are A+ quality. Setting up the wireless capability was quick and easy. Compared to others I have used

I give 3 stars because most of the time this printer prints. HOWEVER, it jams almost every 3 print jobs. It is loud - even in "quiet mode". Do not think that turning off the color print option will save the ink. NO. Somehow it still manages to run low on color, even when all I print is B&W. The "black only" option is checked off, as well as the grayscale. It will not print if you do not install a color ink cartridge. EVEN IF YOU DON'T USE COLOR TO PRINT. Would I recommend this printer? Probably not. It does it's job with no issues MOST OF THE TIME. When it jams, it is always when I need it to work immediately. After the jam is cleared, it has to go through all of it's loud beeps, whirs and spin noises for about two minutes. Not ideal when trying to get work done quickly. I purchased this printer because it was a Black Friday Deal. My suggestion: Spend the extra money for another printer.

This is an excellent Product... I ran several copies they were perfect... I then set it to run 20,000 copies... Now, I'm buying another one for my personal computer...

This is my third Canon printer. First one lasted 7 years, finally had to replace it. Second one, paper jammed, not worth repairing. So cheap in price and ink cartridges included, I bought this. It is not as solid as the first one I had but it does the job.

It automatically shuts off which is fine but I have to turn it on each time I want to print. It doesn’t just automatically turn back on. The print quality is good. Every once in a while when I print an attachment it prints really small. The only way I’ve figured out how to make it a normal size is open it as a PdF. Which is an extra step and annoying.

Excellent printer. The second I've own, the first lasting 7 years before problems developed. However, the best part is that this printer can print some BEAUTIFUL pictures which my mom loves - better than an HP printer in my own opinion. And YES, I highly recommend this printer to anyone looking for a good quality printer that won't break the bank.

I was happy to finally get one of these printers. Very good value and I like the smaller footprint/design.
