    The printer is easy to use but the installation is horrible. After hours of trying to get it to connect to the Wi-Fi I had to call the Geek Squad. AT&T couldn’t do it and I couldn’t find anyone to talk to at Canon. The squad took almost an hour to hook it up. He said most all printers are like that these days.

    I love the printer but the written instructions that came with it were completely wrong. When I called the Canon help line the first thing he told me to do was throw them away. An hour and 1/2 later I was set up with wifi printing and it has been great ever since.
