I honestly feel like you kinda get what you pay for with this pinter so I cant complain all too much. It took me about an hour to get it to work, the online drivers seem to be out if date so the printer was almost impossible to set up on the computer first.

I would recommend it to anyone needed to start a home office

Not only it was hard to install to wifi, but also it broke within a month of purchase. When a paper is janm inside this product, you might as well thinking of a replacement because it isn't easy to get out. You make one mistake and you're screwd. I wouldn't recommend this at all to people

This printer works great. The color is bright and vibrant.

Needed a multi-page scanner. The printer does a good job as well.

suits my needs. packaged wireless connection instructions were inadequate, had to call canon support to learn how to connect it.

Replaced a hp.prefer this over hp that was very noisey.

I was looking for a home printer because my job is now full remote. The canon wasn't compatible with my work computer but works with my personal computer. The app on my phone allows me to print too. Setup of the software was not easy as it comes with a CD and my computers do not have a CD option. There is an app option but the instructions were not easy to follow. I had to be guided by my IT guy at work. The printer is loud when it prints. Would I purchase a canon again? No. But it still works so I'll wait till this one breaks to purchase a new printer.

Bought as Christmas gift based on other peoples reviews. Not really sure how this is going to work out

Did not know you have to download an app to print. Did not like that.

Printer is very hard to set up wirelessly and instructions are worthless. Color is faded and could never t be corrected with settings. Prints black and white nice and fast though.

supports AirPrint which is what I needed, does the job well. Like the other Canon printers the ink is only about half of the capacity so expect to spend on ink if I plan to keep the printer.

Works great but is extremely slow. Was worth what I paid for it

Poor quality printer. Not easy to install software setup. Could not find software install procedure online for the model. One side of the cover got off corner snap and it was difficult to put back.

So far so good. I like having only to buy 2 different inks for it.

always buy Canon Pixma MG 3620 Printers. Had one before

love the both side printing it saves on a lot of papper

The good: It's pretty inexpensive, it works well, has great features like Apple AirPrint The bad: name brand replacement ink is too costly, the instructions for how to set up your printer are insane, and for 2016 this printer is too big and bulky for what it does. The smaller the better.
