For an inexpensive printer, it does a good job printing both documents and pictures. As in most printers, the cost is associated with purchasing replacement ink cartridges. I like the ability to print on both sides of the page without having to manually replace the document in the paper tray.

After owning a Canon Pixma for 5 years it finally quit. I purchased the Pixma 3620 hoping for the same performance. The problem was in the installation. After many attempts my computer refused to recognize the printer and wouldn't connect wirelessly. My neighbor who is IT qualified also tried with no success. He then took it to his house thinking it might be an issue with my pc and router. After many attempts he also couldn't connect. I took it back to Best Buy and exchanged it for another Pixma 3620. Same result, it wouldn't connect. Finally exchanged it for a HP 2734e. Setup was very simple and it connected instantly. I must compliment Best Buy for an excellent return experience. Just one mention,I am running Windows10. Is there a compatibility problem?

Worked fine for the first 15 days, then had an issue with it staying connected to my computer for wireless printing. I have to keep plugging it in manually to get it to print.

Just received my printer yesterday. I’ve been trying for hours to connect my laptop to it and cannot. It comes with a CD but my laptop doesn’t have a CD drive, so their CD is useless, unless I get an external drive. The only other option is to buy a USB cable, but then what’s the sense of getting a wireless printer. It’s also big and a little bulky, and quite loud. Price is very good, but it doesn’t help if you can’t use the printer.

Great deal for great price. It has everything I need. If you are looking for simple wireless printer/scanner/copy then this would be great for you.

I had one of these that I bought at another store (not Best buy). Problem was they didn't have Jeff Thatcher. He is the most knowledgeable computer tec I've met and he works, gets it done and he is gone like "The Lone Ranger and Tonto". Can you tell how long I've had a computer? Without him there would be no MG3620 working.

I needed a scanner and wanted wireless. For the price I've had no problems. Everyone's connected and so far so good on printing and scanning.

She loves the printer once she got it connected. She had a hard time connecting printer to her Mac Pro and called Canon for assistance. She says it is a great printer once connected.

We could not get it set up to print via wifi (school wifi sucks and goes out so may be the issue). It is working fine printing with the chord. The bottom load feature is nice because she doesn't have to climb on her chair to load it. Dorm desks are tiny so it is on a high shelf. Prints pretty good.

It is just what my wife order for her. It is easy to use, connected with iPhone for easy printing, It is simple, yet good quality printing.

One piece of advice: use your smartphone on your mobile network to set it up...it's much easier and quicker. Other than that, it's a decent printer for the price.

Good quality easy to use printer. I did have to take away a start for the slow printing speed. However the printer does scan, print, and copy with ease. Good bang for your buck if you are not doing heavy duty printing.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Print jobs look great in both color and black and white. Definitely recommend!

I am not tech savvy at all and this printer is a breeze! Easy to set up, great quality printing, and the wireless printing is so convenient.

It is so convenient to have wireless printing! Only drawback is that you have to turn the computer on in order get a print It would be nice if it came on by itself from cannon app!!

I got this printer for $30 on Black Friday. It works well for the basic printing I do at home. For some reason it won't print from my computer, just my phone. It use to print wireless from my computer but it wont. I've tried troubleshooting it. Not sure! Good printer for the home basics!
