Awesome printer. Very quick and easy to use 10/10!!

Works very good and never have trouble with connecting to network to print. All my other printers always had trouble but this one hasn’t gave me any issues when it comes to printing. No jams yet either.

Printer installation is always fraught with difficulties and the Canon Pixma 3620 is a good example of this statement. Written directions are lengthy and seemed to be inaccurate. Once installed and one week later, all is working properly. Time will tell! Printer cartridges are expensive but this is true of most home printers valued at around $100.00.

Only complaint was that the printer did not come with a usb to printer cable for hard wired control

Set-up was a little confusing but if you follow the directions, it all works. It is a nice , basic printer.

This printer was easy to set up and is very user friendly. Perfect size for the college dorm.

I have used to print assignment and homework sheets for my kid. Also used the scanner to submit her assignments. easy to use, good documentation and also has quiet mode which is good to use at night

I have honestly not tried to scan anything yet. however, the printing of documents and photos is great. i had this printer's older model which stopped printing because we had it under a few plants which leaves became an unfix able paper jam.

Purchased for my daughter for college. Price was great. Very easy to set up and have had no problems so far.

Perfect printer for us. We don't do a lot of printing but when we need something printed it's nice to have this wireless gem ready to go.

Printer looks nice and prints what i need it to. you can fold up the pieces so no risk of breaking off the different parts of the printer which can be a problem with other printers.

Very easy to setup just by scanning the QR CODE from the instructions to your phone. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. I’m very happy with this purchase. Exactly for the price.

Got this on sale for a steal and hooked it up to my ten year old MacBook pro with ease.. I can even print directly from your cell phone or other device. I complaints at all thus far..
