Great home office printer. Is a bit slow, but gets the job done.

I am having trouble going wireless but I think its the Chromebook - wired it up and it works great - does all I need - happy with this purchase !

picked up this printer through the app for in-store pickup during the black friday sale. purchased it shortly after midnight and the printer was ready thanksgiving day. was shocked and incredibly satisfied with the overall process. the printer itself took maybe 20 minutes to set up, mostly connecting to my wifi. it spit out a few pages already that i needed to print and it was fantastic. probably wouldn't have paid the original price, but it seems like a complete steal at this time.

This Canon PIXMA MG3620 was recently purchased to replace an earlier model purchased some ten years earlier. My previous home printer was also purchased from Best Buy and it had performed flawlessly for ten years of regular home use... then it just quit with a message that the repair by a service shop would be required. It made much more sense to replace it since it had already lasted three times the average expected life. Best Buy had a terrific price on the current Canon PIXMA replacement and were great to deal with on securing my replacement home printer and the needed ink cartridges ... and I also got the Geek Squad service policy for my new device, as well. Best Buy continues to receive my loyalty for their pricing, selection and commendable level of customer service.

I was happy to finally get one of these printers. Very good value and I like the smaller footprint/design.

I have been through a lot of them. But this one is a keeper. It won't talk with my phone or laptop. My son got me a cord to hook it to my laptop

I have to say, for the price its not bad. Its way better than my previous printer. The only thing it lacks is a screen. I do like the fact that you can use it with an app

I purchased this printer for my home office because I needed something inexpensive and reliable. And it gets the job done well for a good price. Also it only uses two ink cartridges which means less purchasing in terms of the amount needed. I have been very pleased with this so far and recommend to anyone who may need an inexpensive printer for simple, infrequent printing.

Excellent printer. The second I've own, the first lasting 7 years before problems developed. However, the best part is that this printer can print some BEAUTIFUL pictures which my mom loves - better than an HP printer in my own opinion. And YES, I highly recommend this printer to anyone looking for a good quality printer that won't break the bank.

We have a PC and a Mac. Set up on the Mac did not work. However, the PC set up was super easy. I can print wirelessly from my Mac with no issue. Product is sufficient for the price.

I really wanted a printer/scanner for home but didn't want to spend too much money. Got this, and it's probably been the best personal printer I've ever had. The wireless was easy to set up and works seamlessly. I've had no issues with it. Printing quality is great. Probably not the best for high-volume printing, but for light to moderate personal use, it's great!

It is easy to use---took a little to get a few things figured out. It works for what I need it to do---best printer for the price---home use.

I am so impressed by this printer. I previously had a hp printer..and what a stress that was! I spent hours on the phone with no resolve. This printer was easy to set up, no technical issues, and works fantastic! I am not very tech savvy, and I could set this up. I highly recommend this printer! I own a small business and this is perfect! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The printer is good for printing documents and paper small images, not really a photo type of printer, the images come out grainy and not clear when printing on photo paper, bit I like the easy set up and the price.

Canon AIO multifunctional quality printer at a good price. Does a great job. Easy setup. Very noisy.

I've only had it a few weeks, but so far, I love this printer. The print quality, especially photos, is excellent. It was easy to set-up and works perfectly with my Macbook and my husband's PC. The ink is reasonably priced, too. For a relatively inexpensive printer, it is good quality. I'd buy it again.

The quality is great, it was easy to connect my iPhone and iPad to printer making it very easy to make copies. I had an issue but Cannon was great is rectifying the concern
