This was perfect size and easy setup for a dorm room

I purchased this as a replacement for the one I had previously, which kind of crapped out on me for some reason. I also bought this for its wireless capabilities. I wasn't able to use it with my wireless router for printing from my PC, maybe because my router's signal isn't strong enough or blocked. I bought a cable for a direct connection. However, with the Canon PRINT app for my Android phone and when I was using my laptop, the wireless printing worked great. The options to choose Color and Black & White copying is a nice feature too. Haven't tried to scan anything yet, but I'm sure that I will not be disappointed with the results.

Easy to use for basic printing and affordable price!

The scanner worked well from the beginning. But the print was very light initially on emails or Internet material. That corrected itself just as we were about to return the printer. Set up was easy using a cable.

Affordable, but works well. A bit slow to start a print job, but not terribly slow while printing. Even the starter ink cartridges lasted a good while. I went through an entire package of paper (250 sheets, I think) and only then was the color ink starting to fade. Haven't had any paper jams. Ink cartridges were easy to change. Scans clearly, too. The software to operate it isn't the best, but it isn't any worse than any others I've used of different brands.

After owning a Canon Pixma for 5 years it finally quit. I purchased the Pixma 3620 hoping for the same performance. The problem was in the installation. After many attempts my computer refused to recognize the printer and wouldn't connect wirelessly. My neighbor who is IT qualified also tried with no success. He then took it to his house thinking it might be an issue with my pc and router. After many attempts he also couldn't connect. I took it back to Best Buy and exchanged it for another Pixma 3620. Same result, it wouldn't connect. Finally exchanged it for a HP 2734e. Setup was very simple and it connected instantly. I must compliment Best Buy for an excellent return experience. Just one mention,I am running Windows10. Is there a compatibility problem?

Works great for at home office and for picture print of the family

I bought this to replace a similar Canon model that had broken down. Very easy to set up and prints, copies and scans well (FYI, copy quality is not as good at the printing quality but adequate for home uses). Takes a very popular ink cartridge that is easy to find and the unit was a great price. Thank you Best Buy and Canon!

I was shopping for a good printer without it costing me a fortune. This printer is both, wonderful print quality plus it is easy on the pocket book!!

printer does what i need. quality of printed material and of pictures is very good. it was relatively easy to set up.

Item matches description and easy to install and wish the printer aligned what actually prints from my receipts and not always cuts off at the edges

Last week my wife asks me about which photo printer is good, straight out from my mouth with this Canon Pixma printer. This is my second one. The reason why I chose it not only because I use Canon cameras it's the quality of the prints from it too, I got it under $40 with both inks color and black. Now I can share toner with my wife.

does its job decently but can take a while to install on your laptop and connect to your wifi. Once it's connected and all setup, it's pretty easy to use. I would only rec to buy it at a discounted price as it wasted me like 2-3 hours setting it up ...
