    I received a notification that a paper jam occurred. I disassembled the printer and determined no jam had occurred. I believe the Canon PIXMA MG3620 had a hardware or mechanical breakdown.

    This printer is really great, used a youtube video to set it up quicker than reading instructions. Also the ink cartridges that are incuded are not long lasting so replacements are about $30 to $35 on Amazon and they are lasting longer. Great deal for a canon , i love it !

    So far, so good. I’ve only had this printer for about a month, but everything is working as advertised. Setup was very easy - just follow the instructions - and the functions such as two-sided printing, scanning, WiFi connection all work well. The printer is moderate sized with all the buttons placed on top for easy access. Overall, a good value!

    Good product for the price. If you’re trying to get a silple printer, with simple setup and plug-n-play functionality, this here’s your printer. Runs out of ink pretty quick so tou might as well purchase spare ink carts along with your purchase.

    It seems to work great! But it must not come with full ink cartridges as I had to order ink already and haven’t printed much.
