You get what you pay for. This printer does what is needed but the ink in not so cheap. I am sure in time it will get lower.

The printer works well and does everything we wanted, like scan photos. Setting up the wireless connection took us some time

Good printer, and prints on both sides. No issues setting it up once I actually read the directions.

Works well so far. Menu is a bit confusing to work through and functions you want can be hard to find as they are buried within menu options.

It makes great copies. I just can't get the downloaded file to show up on my laptop so I can make changes to the printer.

replaced a MG532 with this one. 532 was better and could do more. Couldn't find a 532 to replace it.

Canon printer, very good/vivid color printing. Compact design, don't take much space. You can close it when not use (prevent dust and looks nice).

Seems good so far easy set up prints a little wiggly ink is not to expensive

I enjoy this printer I am a student so it works for my but if you need to print a lot I would not reccomend

The price for the all-in-one printer was great so I thought I would try it. I bought this Canon printer to use for small tasks. The copy function works great. However, installing the software was beyond frustrating to get the wireless part to work. I spent hours trying to set that up. I finally got it to work (after countless attempts). The wireless function only works on the network it was installed on. So if I take the printer to another location, the wireless functions do not work. The printer will work when connected via a USB cable.

Finally, a plain and simple printer! No extra stuff that I don't need! Love the front loading paper & that the printed page also comes out the front. I can finally put the printer up against the wall so that it is out of my way. Wish I found this one years ago!

Cannon printer app fails for connection, eventually I was able to use effectively. At times the paper does not want to go through correctly, causing text to be cut off.

Easy to use, color is good. Set up was a breeze. Good for a beginner as myself

The printer was a little difficult to connect to my laptop using wifi, but once it was hooked up I couldn't be happier

I like this printer a lot. I works perfectly as both a printer and a copier, and I especially like that it prints on both sides of the paper, although to be honest I have not yet used that feature.

The main reason I bought this printer is the ability to print on both sides of a sheet without reinserting the page into the printer. The price of the printer is secondary to the cost of the refill ink anyway and Canon has reasonably priced refill cartridges.

setup for wireless was a little more difficult than I expected, but got it done and works just fine for my basic needs.
