One star only because one hinge on the front door of the paper tray was broken when initially unboxing it. I did not even get to plug it in. It was very delicate plastic. I immediately returned it. Best Buy was great about it. Because it seemed to be a less-than-durable printer model, I opted to buy one five times more expensive. You get what you pay for. So no judgment on its operation here, just a quality control problem.

It took me about an hour to get it to work, the online drivers seem to be out if date so the printer was almost impossible to set up on the computer first.
