Horrible. it doesn’t work you can’t change the paper size, the ink holder pops open. I will be returning it

This is a Christmas gift for my husband. It hasn’t been used yet. I hope he likes it.

Makes good copies. Ink last a good anount of time. I have no complaints

I get that often times, issues are user error-related, but 3 hours in, I realize this is a product issue. I restarted printer and wireless network several times, confirmed 2.4 speed connection was available, followed the installation instructions multiple times.. to no avail. Was going to concede and just print via laptop through usb cable, before realizing they didn't include usb cable and the cable slot had a special input on the printer. This was the final straw. I am returning the printer and avoiding Canon for another decade.

A true basic printer that the whole family can use

I purchased this for $40 on sale and it has been good for my small home office. Phone app isn't the easiest setup, but I figured it out after a few minutes.

This printer is great for occasional home use. I really like that it prints double sided pages automatically without having to reinsert the paper upside down.

I was shopping for a simple printer that was all-in-one and there it was.

The guess printer works ok, but the process to get it was TERRIBLE. I initially ordered online on 11/30 and was given a delivery date of 12/5. Several days later I was notified it was "delayed" but no one could tell me when it would arrive. After several conversations where no one from Best Buy was helpful, and because this was a Christmas gift, I ordered another to pick up at a store for $20 more than the original order, but they would not match price. I was still hoping to receive the original order and then on 12/20 was notified that my order had been returned. Customer service told me they "could tell by the tracking it was damaged so they re-routed to return it." Terrible customer service and I will not purchase anything from Best Buy again.

Canon are dependable and have been my go to printer for years

does what i need scan auto detect and print on thicker paper and less hassle sometimes due to thicker paper gets stuck but much better than old printer

I use this since I work from home now and it’s perfect for me.

I don't need a lot of bells and whistles but this printer has them. I am able to air print from my phone which is a big plus. Does everything I want and more.

Good printer, however was a little hard to set up.

Good printer for a good price. Has all the basic functions needed and the price is right. Only reason its not getting 4 stars is the wireless receiver is not very good. If its not very close to the router it just simply does not work over wireless.

Arrrg, I've literally only used it a few times since December 2023. At first it wouldn't connect to WIFI, now it won't even turn on at all. Now I'm stuck with this piece of junk and I didn't even get my monies worth. Of course the manufacture warranty is only one year. I looked on YouTube for help and there are a host of other people with horrible feedback. Buyer beware!

I have been a Canon Pixma buyer for years. Always good quality. I took off two stars because of the exorbitant price for Canon ink refills. I would use this printer much more if inks were more affordable. Instead, I ration my ink for final images only.
