Duplex Printing and Wi-Fi were what tipped my decision to this printer. Also, I had this printer before and it was easy to set up and worked great.

The kids loves it.. I just wish it could fax.. I think it can scan.. it was under $50 .. but the ink is very very pricey.. more than the Pinter..

Great printer for the price. Prints, scans, and copies. What else could you possibly ask for.

This printer is okay at best, shouldn’t expect much else out of a cheap printer. Had a VERY difficult time setting up the printer as the directions are not clear at all, and I could not get it to connect wirelessly ( I am a tech savvy person). I honestly would probably return the printer if I didn’t already throw out the box. Nevertheless, if you want a super basic printer that will work with a cable, this one should do just fine.

Purchased on sale for a single purpose. Functioned beyond its intended purpose. Going to hang on to it instead of selling it off as originally intended.

I have used personal printers for many years of diferentes brands including Canon but the Prixma MG 3620 give me the most valuable images, love it

Works for a while then won't connect to computer or phone.

several months in and it still works great! prints hundreds of pages on one cartridge of ink. scanner and wifi capabilities work perfectly too

Takes along time to print and didn’t know it will cost me $30.00 BLK ink as well color ink just too much

BEST BUY & CANON--both dropped the ball on service and product with this printer. I have always used Canon and have bought lots of things from BB. This printer is only two and a half months old, probably only printed 50 pages with it. Spacing and contrast issues can not be fixed. I was 2 weeks past the return date and BB could care less. Rude. Canon has become a dumpy product. Two good brands are joining the rest in caring very little about their customers. Craig Scott Savannah GA

This printer is difficult to set up. Once set up the settings do not stay, so every time you print you have to reset the paper size, the border, etc. It is the most difficult printer I have ever owned. Changing ink cartridges is very easy and ink appears to last a long time in comparison to other printers. I would not recommend this printer.

So, this was shipped on Feb. 10th, by the end of March the paper feed stopped working and it is no longer returnable. I really just want a working printer, not really to return this. Before this happened, I liked it.

This is my second Canon printer. It has all the features I need. Especially useful is the double sided printing and the scanning capability.

This is a Christmas gift for my son. I have the same printer and love it.

I have been pleased with this printer. Satisfies my needs to scan and print documents. The price was right. Can't go wrong with this product.

It won’t print, it keeps giving error messages and I have tried everything. Now Best Buy wants to charge me to send somebody out to the house even though they told me to bring it into the store which I did, and they wouldn’t help me. Horrible customer service, they were rude, and very very nonchalant about the whole thing. Didn’t act like they cared, didn’t offer any solutions except to pay more money to have somebody come out to look at a very simple printer. I won’t be shopping at Best Buy again.

Printer is just okay but scanner is great. Definitely for the infrequent user. When used as a printer, too many trays stick out and can easily be damaged. No paper storage.
