Do NOT Buy this or Shop with Best BUY!

I will never purchase from Best Buy again. 14 day return policy!!!! This is the most absurd and you apparently need to buy a membership to have a normal 60-day return policy. Worst customer service to top it off. Will not even give me a store credit for another working printer! No Contact us form on your website either.. so here ya go! Very disappointed in your products and service. Your policy is a true Scam, and no assistane.

Too hard to set up wireless printing

I enlisted my daughter to try and set up , she is a wiz at this kind of stuff and she could not get it . Too frustrating.

Pixma MG 3620 Printer

The biggest negative is you have to go turn it on before printing. Just because you hit print doesn't mean it will turn itself on.

Come to the register and find out it isn't offered with this model. Not sure if I will keep
