I've had good luck with Canon printers in the past. This printer uses two ink cartridges, less expense and less hassle to replace.

Printer works fine. A bit slow, but gets the job done.

Nightmare to set up. Arent we at the point where we scan a qr code and move on. It has that but didnt work.

Best all in one device i've used to date. Wi-fi setup was a little tricky, but with careful reading and patience all went well.

The excellent product to utilizes what you need to produce pictures and documents.

I am not as good as I thought I was therefore I could not get the printer connected to it.

...but we had some serious issues having our computer remember the printer that it was using. Not completely the printers fault, but we spent some serious time with this thing before we mastered it.

BEST BUY & CANON--both dropped the ball on service and product with this printer. I have always used Canon and have bought lots of things from BB. This printer is only two and a half months old, probably only printed 50 pages with it. Spacing and contrast issues can not be fixed. I was 2 weeks past the return date and BB could care less. Rude. Canon has become a dumpy product. Two good brands are joining the rest in caring very little about their customers. Craig Scott Savannah GA

Good for AirPrint we had some setup trouble but we eventuality got it

Brought this as a gift for my daughter. Amazed at how easy the set up was and easy prod ting from phone as well.

It won’t print, it keeps giving error messages and I have tried everything. Now Best Buy wants to charge me to send somebody out to the house even though they told me to bring it into the store which I did, and they wouldn’t help me. Horrible customer service, they were rude, and very very nonchalant about the whole thing. Didn’t act like they cared, didn’t offer any solutions except to pay more money to have somebody come out to look at a very simple printer. I won’t be shopping at Best Buy again.

I have enjoyed this printer. It has been an improvement over the last one I had. It has a scanner which I use a lot. Nice printer.

Most ink jet printers these days are disposable so why not buy an inexpensive one that works great! Nothing fancy. Good scanner.

Excellent printer, Canon quality, and smooth operation!

Very easy and practical handlles all kinds of copies and what i like is that takes copies out straight from your mobile device.

Does everything I need. Great product. I had the same model for five years and I expect this one to last the same amount of time.

Worst printer I’ve ever had. It has connection issues, printing is off, loud, and it has too many paper jams. Average time it takes for me to print 1 page is about 10-15 minutes and that’s getting it to work and having to redo the process because the printing came out terrible.
