Great working printer ! Connects with phone and WiFi easily amazing printer!

This Canon printer is the hardest unit I've ever bought. I have had HP...I was happy with...Epsoms..Which I absolutely loved....this Canon will not install and hook up to my WI Fi or my tablet. For $ x amount of money, I can get help over the phone...that is more than the $69 dollars the unit cost....but wait....for over$100. They will send a tech out to set it up. Canon nickels and dimes you to death...it is JUNK

I have not set it up yet, but found out the $59 printer uses $54 ink. Ugh.

Nice printer, good price. Blue tooth worked with pc and Apple products.

Use it for occasional printing, not high volume. Prints slow but it's fine with me. Good for price.

It fine for printing things. But with the Bluetooth it gives me a hard time to connect to my laptop

I have enjoyed my printer. It does everything I need it too but it does print slow so it depends what you're looking for!

Purchased this printer to replace one that died. It's just a printer. No big deal. Sure does use a lot of ink - same as other printers. Would I buy it again? Only if it is on sale.

Bought this to replace my old Cannon. Main reason was that I could refill the ink cartridges. No complaints so far.

This printer is a great deal for the money. The price for ink is very good. Prints a lot of pages before ink runs out.

Cannon get so lazy that they stops includes instruction in the box, even the simple one. At the end of the cane out, the printer was defective.

I have this printer for four months now and I haven't change the ink cartridge yet. No problem what so ever.

The blue tube is hard to connect to the computer. The set up was to difficult

It was working great until I had to replace the ink cartridge. I went out and purchased a renewed cartridge but the printer was not reading it correctly, my first assumption was there was an issue with the cartridge that I purchased. I returned it and upgraded to a brand new cartridge. Installed the brand new cartridge and it was giving the same error. It turns out that this is a common issue with this printer and the only way to resolve the issue is buy a new printer. Absolute trash and waste of money and manufacturing resourses. Canon should be ashamed of selling such a junk printer.

The printer worked fine until we had to change the Internet Service Provider. Basically, the printer stayed on the original SSID network and we spent hours troubleshooting with Canon Product Support teams and DIY style via YouTube and Reddit forums with no luck. The reset options that were provided would not work. I don't recommend buying this product because we owned it for 2 months and it's now considered RETIRED by Canon. So, no options for replacement via Canon or Best Buy. We were simply told "please consider purchasing from our available models to replace this unit."

Economical but very good features. Comes with everything needed.
