The printer was cheaper than buying ink cartridges. Does not do well printing photos, Does not like to connect to a home network or Wi-Fi. We bought the Epson sooner than planned to replace this. Would recommend to an enemy, but not a friend.

Just ridiculous to set up on a map

No matter what I tried, I seemed to run into an error. Could not comment further on the printer as it failed to set up with my macbook +- mobile device.

Just over a month and stopped working. No return

I really just want a working printer, not really to return this. Before this happened, I liked it.

RETIRED Canon printer still being sold

Basically, the printer stayed on the original SSID network and we spent hours troubleshooting with Canon Product Support teams and DIY style via YouTube and Reddit forums with no luck. The reset options that were provided would not work. I don't recommend buying this product because we owned it for 2 months and it's now considered RETIRED by Canon. So, no options for replacement via Canon or Best Buy. We were simply told "please consider purchasing from our available models to replace this unit."
