Great printer Works great Scans All in one Would buy it Again

have not opened the box yet waiting for grandson to set it up

Tricky to set up and I cannot get it to automatically come on. I have to physically turn it on -- not a big deal, but a bit annoying as my old one did turn on when I hit the print button. This cannon printer replaced one that was probably 10 years old, so I hope this model lasts as long.

Ok but very difficult set up even for someone very tech savvy. They also tell you that cannon comes with a full ink supply - not true.... Was maybe 1/2 full of ink in catridges.

It’s very good app and it’s very good service for me.

I have had this printer for a while now and it still won’t connect to my wi fi, so I can’t print anything. I go thru the steps and it prints out the network configuration page every time, I am afraid I will run out of ink before I get it to print for me. I am gonna call Canon this week and maybe they can tell me what I am doing wrong

Great cost effective printer. Just needs document feeder and mega ink tanks.

Great all in one printer. For this for my wife and son. Works like a charm so far.

Based on price and performance comparention it is not so bad. But it consumes and drains out too fast cartridge. Overall not so bad

Took a while to get wireless part to work. Have used very little so far but to date no issues.

Good printer for the price. Not as convenient space wise due to the paper tray however. Also the wifi set up is impossible with a password protected wifi network.

So far so good, just got it for Christmas, so only printed a few pages. Setup went quickly and the quality of prints is pretty nice.

I’m happy with the performance of this printer, works well good quality copy.

Doesn't offer double sided scanning and you have to print using the app from your phone.

I just received this product yesterday and I was trying to connect it wireless to my phone and computer. The instruction says “hold the WiFi button until the ON button light starts flashing” I tried many time and the ON button does not flash, I tried searching the internet and I found out that many other people also have this issue. It’s Sunday and Ill have to wait until tmr to call for customer service help. I might return it because I’ve seen a lot of bad review for this printer

Setup wasn't difficult, could have been worse. When you click print, you expect it to print. There is a bit of a delay before image prints.

I haven't try to use yet, but I have a friend who has the same product. And they love it

I bought this printer/scanner because it had a wireless connection, but after multiple tries of connecting wireless which did not work I just decided to connect it via cable.
