    My new Canon printer is supposed to be wireless - says so right on the box. However, it will not work without a cord connecting it to my computer. Any involved the Geek squad and they couldn't get it to work properly either. Very disappointed.

    The printer was for my parents and I got this for them because it was good price and we needed wireless printing. Im 33 and very tech savvy. I could not figure this out.. The printer worked with a cord but it would not connect to their wi-fi. Took a good hour trying to figure it out and I just ended up taking it back.

    I tried everything I could to get this printer to be recognized by my WiFi. I finally plugged it into the usb and it worked fine. Not sure what kinds of customer support comes with it? I don’t think I should have to pay extra to get it to work as it should.
