Too many buttons features, too. I just wanted a simple, easy to understand printer for a few documents now and then.

Ok printer has some glitches. It’s an ok printer but not work almost $200

Printer did not sink with computer/network. The customer support was nice, but also took over 2 hours to get set up

I'm a techie and it took me a while to get this thing connect to my network and be a blessing to print from my laptop.

Printer never worked!! I called several times to get assistance from Geek Squad and wait times were 8 to 12 hours!! Finally gave up after a few months and put the darn printer in the closet. May just take it in for electronic recycling. Yes, I did also call the manufacturer and they couldn't help me either. Online and by phone there was no assistance available with this item.

Terrible website and no customer service help. Called 5 times and they hung up on me every time. Finally got the printer setup. Operates very slow. Will keep this printer but would not recommend it.

I was really expecting this printer to work. ): I read the reviews and everything, but unfortunately it didn't work. It kept showing an error code even after I installed it correctly. I was pretty upset because I am a college student and I needed it asap; pretty sad to return it because I've had a Canon before that worked perfectly fine. I would not recommend or buy a Canon printer again.

I am "technology challenged" but this was very easy!

So far this has been a large waste of time and money. ink runs out quickly and is far more expensive than my last pixma model. i just replaced the color ink cartridge and it will not print in color. hard to use and poor quality

Could not register. Made several attempts. Canon replied printer was not to be sold in United States. Therefore, no warranty and Best Buy would not allow return due to 15 days had passed.

The price was great. The setup over WiFi was difficult and took longer than anticipated to complete.

Okay overall quality. Setting up wireless is painful. I wish I would have sprung for the more expensive model

This is a good printer. The ink is expensive though.

This printer is good if you only need to print one or two pages at a time. It so good for larger print jobs.

Not able to use Wi-Fi with app installed . Don't know what the problem is. I can make copies that's about it

I don’t know how this got good reviews. My tablet and phone cannot connect because it is not compatible with any internet that’s 5G. I had to call customer support after multiple failed attempts to connect and was told it is not compatible with faster networks. There is no update either. I have to disconnect from my wireless and connect directly to the printer in order to print. Ridiculous. And ink does not last. The sheets fall to the floor when printing. It’s SLOW. I hate this printer.

Wanted a basic printer for my son's school work. All I need and more. I do regret not getting an inkjet though.
