Not Happy

It Prints

The support arm for the printed pages is too short and they just fall to the ground. I basically just threw money in the trash because they won’t take it back without the protection plan!

Error after a few days

Fix it Canon

TOTAL TRASH

HOW CAN I START THIS, FIRST ISSUE WAS THAT IT TOOK MORE THAN 3 HOURS TO CONNECT TO MY ROUTER, ANOTHER 2 HOURS TRYING TO PRINT WITH NO LUCK, THEN WHEN IT ACTUALLY STARTED PRINTING, THE PAPER WOULD JAM CONSTANTLY, THEN AFTER 4 PAPER JAMS, IT STOPPED GETTING THE PAPER AT ALL. i GOT SO PO THAT I ENEDED UP THROWING IT IN THE DUMPSTER OUTSIDE. MORE THAN $100 DOWN THE DRAIN. THIS PRINTER IS THE WORST, BUYER BEWARE.

Don't Waste your Money

When i asked a Best Buy employee they said it was easy to connect

Glitch with Printer

The prices was good but not worth it as it is wired. I am looking to return this printer if Best Buy will accept it after 3 years.

WiFi connection and software very frustrating

Connecting it to your WiFi is next to impossible if you don't have a WPS router. It required buying a USB cable. Associated software is bloated and frustrating. would not reccomend,

Not Cost Effective
