TRASH!!! HOW CAN I START THIS, FIRST ISSUE WAS THAT IT TOOK MORE THAN 3 HOURS TO CONNECT TO MY ROUTER, ANOTHER 2 HOURS TRYING TO PRINT WITH NO LUCK, THEN WHEN IT ACTUALLY STARTED PRINTING, THE PAPER WOULD JAM CONSTANTLY, THEN AFTER 4 PAPER JAMS, IT STOPPED GETTING THE PAPER AT ALL. i GOT SO PO THAT I ENEDED UP THROWING IT IN THE DUMPSTER OUTSIDE. MORE THAN $100 DOWN THE DRAIN. THIS PRINTER IS THE WORST, BUYER BEWARE.

Well, guess you get what you pay for. It prints great. Until you have to change the Ink, then it’s down hill from that. Fix it Jesus and just make it simple.

Ink cartridge onlys comes in XL. If you don't use your printer a lot, cartridge dries out after only a hundred or less papers. Have replace three times and have only printed less than 200 pages.

This printer functions fine once you connect it to the network. Connecting it to your WiFi is next to impossible if you don't have a WPS router. It required buying a USB cable. Associated software is bloated and frustrating. would not reccomend,

hard to hook up still cant get it to talk to my computer did not come with a usb cord

Worked good for about a year then it started loosing print quality.

It was okay, had a internal problem with it and returned for different printer

Received faulty. Turned on, but could not accept ink cartridges. If it works, it might be worth the money. But maybe spend a little more. Good luck

Little trouble with setup. Printing have to change from wifi to printer every time

The worst printer, after printing a few pages, it now won’t print anything due to page size? I had to down load app to use the printer. Most of the time says can’t find printer. Aarrgg!

Such a hassel connecting the printer via WiFi. Don’t understand why , this will be returned

The cannon printer works as planned. Makes a good copy although it does not provide good instruction for hooking up wireless and not easy to sync either. I just use it wired and printer ink still expensive.

Good purchase price but the replacement ink is costly.

I didn't get a full experience since I couldn't get it connected to my wi fi

My wife knocked over the old printer, so I replaced it with next newer model. Cannot get the new printer to connect wirelessly. Canon is sending me a new one no charge. So that was good. If it works as well as the 3520 it is an excellent home printer.

Don’t waste your money. Splurge on a better one. The ink ran out super fast, cartridges are $30 each, it turns off by itself, the quality of print sucks. Don’t waste the money. I wish I could rerun it. After a month I lost money.

I wish I would have read all the requirement for printing from a chrome book

DO NOT BUY. broken after year, hardly used it, just stopped workinf in the middle of critical print job. opened the back and parts fell out. tech support is worthless and leads down a rabbit hole to deter customers from seeking help. finally got through to tech support and was told to buy a new printer. absolutely awful product. will never buy canon again.
