So disappointed

However, the set up instructions did not work for me or 3 others that tried. I wish I could comment on more than the god-awful set up process but since they made it impossible to set up, I can't print.

The support arm for the printed pages is too short and they just fall to the ground. I basically just threw money in the trash because they won’t take it back without the protection plan!

Dont buy for wireless access

Don't Waste your Money

When i asked a Best Buy employee they said it was easy to connect

Won't Connect to Wifi or Laptop

After following all of the troubleshooting and online guides, the printer could not connect to wifi. With today's technology, something as simple as connecting to wifi and your computer, should be seamless. I learned my lesson not to buy a cheap printer. It isn't worth it!

Didn't work on my network

Took it back to Best Buy for a refund.
