Do NOT Bother
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The copier worked fine. However, the printer would not connect to my parents' wireless network. I tried 2 printers and neither connected (and I'm fairly handy with electronics). The printer software looks extremely outdated. I just wanted a simple, inexpensive printer for my parents but this just didn't work out. On the plus side, the return-to-store process was pain free.

Doesn't work.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer not only took me literal hours to set up and connect to my laptop, but it also flat out doesn't work. Once I finally got it connected, I printed a total of 5 pages, when it started throwing errors that the printer has been stopped, it can't communicate with my computer, etc. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps possible, and none of them impact it at all. Do not buy.

Terrible setup
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to return it to the store.. would not connect to our laptop! Setup was very difficult and complicated (I’m quite computer savvy) .., ended getting an Epson printer which we were able to set up in 15 minutes!!

Terrible.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had an older PIXMA that died after 6 long years of hard work, so we replaced it with the MG3620 figuring that it would be as good or better than our old PIXMA. This printer will not connect to any network via WiFi or via USB cable, even after following the troubleshooting steps multiple times. There is also a problem with the completion of the software download, which requires the printer to be on the network. Very frustrating. I returned it and purchased the Epson WF-3730, which is fantastic. Don't waste your money!

Do Not Buy!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible! I’ve had it for months and have only been able to print once or twice. It won’t connect or stay connected to the wifi. I don’t have a computer with a disk drive so installing that way isn’t an option. Print quality is awful as well. I’m passed my return date or I would return it. At this point it’s $140 worth of trash. It’s awful.

Headache to set up
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I consider myself to be tech savvy but attempting to set up this printer was a pain! Between the unhelpful Best Buy agents that told me the motor could get too hot that’s why the error light was on to the horrible attempt at Canon customer service. I’m giving up and will send this back because I just need a simple printer nothing to fancy not this headache.

Very difficult to setup with Wireless connection
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is the most difficult one to setup with the wireless connection. Since there is no display, you really don't know its status. The instruction not very useful./

Didn’t work for me
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wouldn’t recommend this printer to anyone. For me, this printer was difficult to physically unpack and set up. During the Canon website setup procedure that I followed for connecting to my laptop, it would not recognize my printer no matter what I tried. So I gave this printer away and purchased an HP ENVY printer, which I had no trouble connecting to wireless or to my laptop.

Don't buy. Can't connect to wifi. Scam
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Doesn't connect to wifi. It's a useless hunk of plastic whose wifi connection software does not work. I went through the necessary troubleshooting steps and the product still cannot connect to a wifi network. You robbed me.
