This printer is not compatible with my iPhone. I’m disappointed. Will be returning it.

This printer is a disappointment. It’s always got an issue. The yellow lightning light is always on. The paper somehow always gets stuck OR can never get feed properly. Will be trying a Brother next.

Awful purchase. It constantly gives an error message showing a flashing light. It will state that paper needs to be loaded when the tray is full. It will then load a stack of papers and spit some out. Paper remains in there, causing a paper jam. Its difficult to use all of the features on the printer as well. I wont purchase another cannon printer.

It stopped being able to pull paper through unless I tilted the printer at an angle. The printer was not even a full 6 months old. The other reviews are right, this is a problematic printer that is definitely not worth the price even when it’s on sale at around 40 bucks because of all the headaches it will cause.

The only reason I bought was for the wireless printer and after 2 hours could never get the printer to recognize my network. I work in data so wasn't expecting issues but instructions were also bad. I thought I had 30 days to return like most stores give but not Best Buy apparently. Guess it's going to Goodwill.

I brought this printer and used it twice before it broke. The paper jams after two uses. At first it grabbed couple of sheets at a time. Then just the roller keeps spinning without grabbing the paper and goes into error mode. I wasted my money on this product.

STOP WORKING IN JUST COUPLE MONTHS OF PURCHASING AND BEST BUY WAS OF NO HELP.

I bought this as a gift for father's day. My dad could not install this printer on his computer. The ink that came with the printer would not install either. My dad also complained about the power cord continually falling off with the slightest bump.

I just printed like 3-4 color A4 pages when most part of the text was black and white and CL indicator started flashing. This printer is hardly used and purchased on Jul 16 and first few days left in box and not used due to COVID.

Not sure about this printer I had to return it and purchase a different one

The printer feels cheap, is difficult to set up wirelessly and scanning is a real pain.

Connecting was a bear!! Never got it connected wireless. Using USB cable

Don't buy it! The first one wouldn't work at all--some kind of mechanical defect. It could not do duplex printing. I had already ordered supplementary ink, so bought another. It simply will not connect to wifi, even after I tried for a couple of hours and, then, had my Ph. D. Engineer work on it for two hours. Never could get it to connect. Fortunately it does work on usb.

Crap printer. Won't switch between wireless and USB connected printing. Just locks up. Printer not responding!! Only installed 2 months! Can't contact anyone for service. No phone numbers, all automated, Takes me to the same place locked up! Disgusted!

Printer works correctly and connects to my devices when it wants to. The ink price is kinda high also.

There are no instructions on how to set up this printer using wi-Fi. I called Best Buy for assistance and was transferred....transferred....transferred until a lady spoke to me saying it would cost $399 to install. This was a $72 printer. I bought an HP and it almost set itself up. Go with HP

it stopped working after 5 months of use. I've probably printed out 20 pages. It literally won't turn on despite using moving it around to different plus and disconnecting and reconnecting the cord in 5 different outlets where other appliances work.

It will do, but it wont stay on. I have to turn it on every time to print…

This may not be the fairest review, but it is what it is. I bought the printer b/c it was needed, but when it came to set up it didn't connect to a Windows laptop, Android phone, or IOS iPad. I'm returning it as defective, and not going to take a replacement due to no additional support options when setting it up.
