Not worth the money or time

It has connection issues, printing is off, loud, and it has too many paper jams. Average time it takes for me to print 1 page is about 10-15 minutes and that’s getting it to work and having to redo the process because the printing came out terrible.

Canon PIXMA MG3620

This printer is NOT compatible with Big Sur 11.0. Three Geek Squad people could not install it. I had to pay extra for tech support. I thought I had bought that when I bought this. I now have an appointment to return it in person to get a refund for the printer, Geek Squad, and the extra GS tech support. I checked with someone on the Best Buy chat because it's impossible to reach a person at the SF Big Buy. That person assured me, after he said he checked three times, that this printer was compatible with the Apple update. It is not. I am not happy about any of this. I suspect I will look to any other store before I buy anything from Best Buy again.
