ZERO STARS Broke right after the return period

It worked fine for two months, then a week after the return/exchange period was over, it stopped. Downloaded new drivers, plugged it into the wireless hub. Turned it on and off-- nothing works. Piece of junk.

I wouldn't recommend anyone who has to print many pages at one time to get this printer. Very disappointed with my purchase. Learn from my mistake, do your research first.

Have been happy with Canons in the past, but this one worked fine for about 10 pages and then started printing out of line.

WORST EXPERIENCE

I was trying to follow the steps for 1 hour, couldn't do anything. tried from laptop, tablet, mobile...nothing worked. fedup of canon
