It was a hard time connecting to my computer which is a MacBook so i had to bring it back

The functionality and ease of use are excellent. I've owned several printers over the years as they seem to be outdated almost as soon as you purchase them, but between scanning/copying/photo printing, the bang for your buck here is awesome. Needs the least space out of any I've ever owned to function normally as well.

Good quality printing done quickly. Quality of copies is not as good. Fairly easy to set up. Easy to use.

The Cannon Printer is just what I needed and for the price it works perfect.

Canon is a solid product I have been using for years.

Would of been a five, but this printer is really slow to react to request to print. Otherwise, it does really well, prints very nicely.

had a bad experience with another brand printer and wanted to try another brand. Knew nothing about Canon but the price was good so I ordered it. Best Buy was very easy to deal with. Had a really hard time trying to set it up wirelessly. Finally gave up and purchased a cable, easy peasy! It is doing a very good job so far. I'm happy.

An efficient and affordable printer for my office. I wanted a printer to print on both sides and this one is meets that requirement.

Cheap printer. Prints well. Tunrns itself off when not used overnight and you have to wake it up/turn it on. Cartridges are small, even the XXL/XL ones. And aftermarket ones are pretty pricey even. The world is a mess and this was the only printer avssilable the same day, and I had to drive across Metro Phoenix (50 miles) to pick it up. Let's Go Brandon!!

Great affordable printer. Fast, easy set up and beautiful, clean print.

For the price this is great. I have tried several other brands of similar priced printers in recent years and like this one best. It does photos well and of course prints what I need well. It's straight forward for setting up and changing ink cartridges etc. I do recommend it.

Had to upgrade to a computer with Windows 11. Needed a new printer that was compatible. This is the best deal for the money and I am totally satisfied. This is the second Canon printer/scanner that Ive owned and works great.

our family prints a few pages a month and makes the occasional scan/copy. We needed a light-duty printer to replace an old H-P all in one printer and this Canon fits our needs perfectly. Setup was easy. Connecting the printer to wi-fi was a bit harder than it needed to be but every printer will have its quirks. For the price, you can't do much better.

Happy with Canon Pixma MG3620 purchased over a month ago. Instructions actually came with it and setting up was straight forward. Have printed a couple of glossy photos which came out surprisingly well and have printed documents on both sides of paper without having to manually feed it back through. I don’t do a lot of printing, but this little printer is performing well and suits my needs. One thing to get use to is making sure the upper tray is in the down position, otherwise it won’t print- - a little nuance, but not a deal breaker for me.

This is an awesome printer!! It replaced one that was identical to it, and the previous one lasted for years and was trouble free. The price was also excellent--about the same price for new black and color ink tanks--which come with the printer. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. I used to go to Fry's, but now I'll be a loyal Best Buy customer!
