It’s a good printer and really slim so it fits nicely on my small desk, but it’s not super user friendly. I’ve already had issues with it giving itself a paper jam. The set up is also kind of confusing. However, it does it’s job and it does it well. The colors are very bright and the ink is solid.

My original HP printer stopped working. Rather then to troubleshoot the problem, it was cheaper to just buy a new printer. I went online, and order the printer to be picked up at the store. I received my notification it was ready for pick up within 15 minutes. I originally was going to buy an HP and stumbled on this Canon. The price was excellent, and it had all the bells and whistles I was looking for. I did not look at any reviews before buying, and when I brought it home and followed the booklets that was enclosed. I was up and running within 15 minutes. I was amazed that people thought it was difficult to install. I literally just follow the instructions, downloaded the software, and I didn't even have to reconfigure my Wi-Fi. I even figured out how to print from my iPhone! I have not read how to scan, but I quickly figured out how to make copies. Overall a very simple machine that wasn't that difficult to understand. Just follow the pictures in the instructions and you should be fine.

Quick delivery, easy to setup, you only need black ink to print, color there just in case you need it, pretty quick print speed, just what I needed -- basic printer.

Upgraded to this printer from a non wireless printer and I'm glad that I did. I love being able to print from all my apple devices using the canon print app. It is important to set up the printer and take off all the orange tape and plastic before trying to find the printer under wifi settings (if setting up printer with iOS device).

Nice and compact for smaller spaces and does all the jobs of a larger printer. Set-up and installation were not complicated as most. I am not that great with set-up and it only took 15-20 minutes including reading the instructions to get it set up. NICE!!! Just as explained in the overview.

This Canon 3620 was purchased to replace an older Canon 3200 series model. The 1 thing that I see as inconvenient on this model is the paper feed. It feeds from below insrewad of from above. It works as well as my first 3200 series Canon printer, unfortunately it cost double the price of the discontinued 3200 series Canon printer.

This PIXMA MG3620 is easy to use and prints perfectly. Only difficulty I had was with my laptop when trying to make it wireless. Used a wire and all is fine.

It was a hard time connecting to my computer which is a MacBook so i had to bring it back

Good quality printing done quickly. Quality of copies is not as good. Fairly easy to set up. Easy to use.

Would of been a five, but this printer is really slow to react to request to print. Otherwise, it does really well, prints very nicely.

The functionality and ease of use are excellent. I've owned several printers over the years as they seem to be outdated almost as soon as you purchase them, but between scanning/copying/photo printing, the bang for your buck here is awesome. Needs the least space out of any I've ever owned to function normally as well.

had a bad experience with another brand printer and wanted to try another brand. Knew nothing about Canon but the price was good so I ordered it. Best Buy was very easy to deal with. Had a really hard time trying to set it up wirelessly. Finally gave up and purchased a cable, easy peasy! It is doing a very good job so far. I'm happy.
