After a couple hours of trying to connect it to my wifi I JUST COULDNT & GAVE UP!!!! Gave me a headache, will be returning. I just couldn't figure it out.

Have had printer six months. Nothing but problems. No LCD screen, just a series of button pressing to access features, i.e. hold and press 14 times to disable auto-shutoff. Set up is difficult, no cable included in box, although recommended for set up. Wireless connection never worked continuously. Printer off line often. Now laptop cannot even locate it. All of this is unfortunate as print quality is good, although uses alot of ink. Going back to HP.

It’s slower than I expected. But reasonably priced.

Better than most of the HP printers I got before... The wifi HP printers just went nutz for me. Canon is better.

Have had this priner for a few months. Sometimes it prints and sometimes it doesn’t. I had to go to YouTube to learn how to set it up. Now it keeps giving me error codes 1300& 1202! Every time I want to use the printer I have to unplug it and hope it prints. Its slow and noisy. I tried to use it yo print a picture but it gave me an error code. Trash comes tomorrow.. thinking its too late to return it so I’ll just add it to the trash pile.

Very good, especially for i like. The wireless capability along my phone and tab i can use this anywhere in the house.

Easy to use once I figured out from cell phone. Easy transaction and great product

quick delivery with no damage. install CD made wireless connection to computer easy process. has worked out great.

Hard to understand not easy if you can afford to spend more money on a copier, I would suggest that cheapness is not the best all the time I found out the hard way.

Works great for day to day printing of a college student. Don't expect much more than normal prints

It does not have a slot to upload my images from my camera thru the camera sim card. I was required to purchase a new USB cable to upload my images from my camera.

This all in one scanner works well for I use it for. Don ps had this one for about month and half.

This printer must be okay if you don't get a defective one. I read plenty of reviews before buying it and I wish I had settled on something else. We couldn't get it to connect to wifi...ever. My hubby works with software and does some light coding for his job and I'm not completely unfamiliar with computers. I've set up plenty of software on my computer as well as hardware and I don't usually have many problems. I thought we would eventually get it going but my biggest complaint is that after using it twice paper started jamming up the printer everytime i tried to print anything. Now I'm getting an error message that reads "your computer needs to be repaired". I've had it about 4 months and used it around 6 times.

The printer is not set up to scan files. No copy. Trying to get a copy of the users manual for the MG3620 is near impossible.

This product is one of the worst printers Canon has or any other company has. What's worst is that Canon will not provide any real technical support over trying to get their product on my wifi...why do I have to pay for a carepak to receive technical support? Canon are thieves!!! They are stealing our money!!! We don't need to buy a carepak package to get free technical support!! I have already bought the product and you mean to tell me I have to pay extra to get help setting it up??? That's absolutely ridiculous!! and it's robbery!!! They know their products aren't worth anything so they are charging for everything!! Including FREE technical support!!! DO NOT BUY THESE CANON PRODUCTS THEY MAKE YOU BUY A CARE PACKAGES TO GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT! JUST FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ONLY!!! THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA TO EVEN FIX WHATEVER IS WRONG! So not only are you having to pay to even speak to someone, but they also charge to fix the issues as well. DON'T BUT CANON

Honestly im a little disappointed because ivwas sold this by a customer service agent at best buy store on the phone locally...i eas told that if i buy this type printer ill be able to use by bluetooth because i have no access to wifi ...and i can not give a better review because its not as simple as the agent made it sound i can not use it by bluetooth...i now have to pay the $99.00 to have geek squad come to my home at the end of month to install and connect me to bluetooth...not a happy customer yet

Had to go buy a cord to be able to use the printer. Only printer I’ve seen that is not Bluetooth capable.
