Horrible

Don't know how but fixed that. Got it connected, went to sleep the next day it was disconnected and wouldn't connect. Day 4 and it still won't connect to my computer. Pops up on the network when connecting but won't connect to my computer still.

I could not get my WiFi to recognize this printer

I finally plugged it into the usb and it worked fine. Not sure what kinds of customer support comes with it? I don’t think I should have to pay extra to get it to work as it should.
