Long time ago I purchased the Canon Pixma. I am surprised this unit is still in being advertised. About 3 months later it stopped working. I brought it back to be repaired and I was told they don't fix the printers I'm better off getting a new one. I do not recommend this printer to any one.

I javent had the item a month and i cant scan anything. It wont connect to the internet. I had an HP all in one for at least 6 years with no issues until recently. I purchase this one because the reviews were decent and it was on sale, unfortunately its been an inconvenience.

The printer is ok, however, after 1 use it no longer worked. Had to get a replacement.

i purchased this printer for basic use. Once I unboxed the printer and intended to initiate setup it was a disaster. I was unable to connect via wifi or usb. I have a hp on my network that connected with ease. I returned this and purchased a epson xp-430 which also connected without problems. I am glad that i was able to return it since i went in the next day.

An hour wasted and still unable to install the piece of garbage. CD rom wouldn't work and neither would the website. Tried numerous times, restarting the pc, unplugging the printer and everything else I could think of. Have no idea what to do other than return it. Running Windows 10 so it should work. I have to keep unplugging the usb connector as it says the printer isn't recognized. May try wireless but it shouldn't be this hard.

Not printing correctly, it's blurry and have streaks. I tried the cleaning process, no luck. Even when i print from my laptop & smartphone. So i will be re-turning it soon. I've tried everything.

It should be mentioned that in order to wirelessly print with this printer one has to rent the application. For 5 dollars a month or 50 dollars a year.

I couldn't get it to work. Message that it was offline. I had downloadded everything and set it as default printer. Everything was connected. I never had a problem with any other printer. I called Best Buy, was transferred to Geek Squad that wanted $40 to help me. No thanks, I'll return it.

After a week of waiting to pick up my order, Best Buy says it’s not available and will be deleted on December 12. What??

Absolute garbage will not connect to WiFi no matter what I do .. I’ve connected plenty of printers and this one is junk . stay away

Since I bought it up to now I cannot use it it keeps jumping off all the time my Wi-Fi from my phone and computer it’s not accepting it it’s going in and then by time you go to print some thing and jumps off I will have to take it back I don’t know what’s going on with this particular printer not good

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. It rarely can grab the paper to print it....constant errors saying there is no paper loaded when clearly there is. This is by far the worst printer that I have ever owned. I will never purchase a Canon Printer again.

1. 75% of the time, the printer is shown offline even the computer is connected and printer is power on. 2. Noisy 3. Slow

It stop working within 10 days. Suppose to be New.

This printer has no way of allowing you to enter the wireless network. The automated process did not work on windows or android. USB worked fine. Honestly, the Android app is terrible. I am sending this back for a printer that actually allows you to enter the wireless network so if this automated stuff doesnt work than you are still in business.

Setup was not very easy, extra steps are needed for any device used for working remotely using a VPN. Within just about a week it will no longer feed paper consistently and now it will not even connect to our wifi even after several power cycles.

I bought a Cannon Pixma MG3620 wireless Printer not 4-months ago and have had problems with Paper Jams continually, and it expends ink way to soon. It's the worst printer, with the most problems--considering it is new--I have ever bought.

Honestly I’ve never been more frustrated with a printer in my life. I’ve had to call customer support probably 5x in the past 2 months that I have had this printer. It’s super slow, I can rarely get it to print, and the troubles that I have had with it put me behind in my workload for the day.

Do NOT buy this product. It stopped working after only a week. It continued not to function, even after clearing a paper jam and replacing the ink cartridges.

Sucks!! Will not pair with our computer. Yo top it all off, to return this item, there is a restocking fee that is almost the price we paid for the printer. Sucks sucks sucks useless
