Would be nice if it actually worked. It didn't!

I called several times to get assistance from Geek Squad and wait times were 8 to 12 hours!! Finally gave up after a few months and put the darn printer in the closet. May just take it in for electronic recycling. Yes, I did also call the manufacturer and they couldn't help me either. Online and by phone there was no assistance available with this item.

Frequent jamming issues

Every time I have printed since purchasing it, I can only print one page at a time or it jams. It does do double-sided, but I still can only do one double-sided page at a time or it jams.

DO NOT BUY!!!!

My tablet and phone cannot connect because it is not compatible with any internet that’s 5G. I had to call customer support after multiple failed attempts to connect and was told it is not compatible with faster networks. There is no update either. I have to disconnect from my wireless and connect directly to the printer in order to print. Ridiculous. And ink does not last. The sheets fall to the floor when printing. It’s SLOW. I hate this printer.
