Not a true wireless printer

The automated process did not work on windows or android. USB worked fine. Honestly, the Android app is terrible. I am sending this back for a printer that actually allows you to enter the wireless network so if this automated stuff doesnt work than you are still in business.

One of the worst printers I have ever bought.

Within just about a week it will no longer feed paper consistently and now it will not even connect to our wifi even after several power cycles.

I’ve had to call customer support probably 5x in the past 2 months that I have had this printer. It’s super slow, I can rarely get it to print, and the troubles that I have had with it put me behind in my workload for the day.

It's the worst printer, with the most problems--considering it is new--I have ever bought.

I was NOT offered any type of protection what so ever by the person that assisted me in purchasing this item. I am so upset with myself that I went to best buy to purchase this item from an employee that did not know what he was selling me. Wasted my hard earned money.
