Won't Connect to Wifi or Laptop

After following all of the troubleshooting and online guides, the printer could not connect to wifi. With today's technology, something as simple as connecting to wifi and your computer, should be seamless. I learned my lesson not to buy a cheap printer. It isn't worth it!

Maybe I'm dumb but when I took it back the associate said that it is hard to connect and recommended a better one.

Not useful because it won't connect

I am convinced it is defective. I went and bought an HP machine and had it hooked up to my phone and my laptop within 30 minutes using the same wireless router. This printer is so frustrating. There is no way to verify it is connected to your network and the app is useless. Returning it today.
