The Pixma Canon 360 printer I bought from Best Buy is a very good buy. It is responsive and operates really well. I also love the red color of this printer.

I love the printer but the written instructions that came with it were completely wrong. When I called the Canon help line the first thing he told me to do was throw them away. An hour and 1/2 later I was set up with wifi printing and it has been great ever since.

My son who recently graduated from college decided to get a printer. Due to the pandemic, all printers ran out. So I been monitoring the Best Buy website and waited for a Canon printer to show up. It took a while but when one showed up, bought it right away. He liked it and me too as I know it will last long just like my Canon printer which is already 10 years old.

Bought this for my mother in law, and she has been happy with it. Had a few issues with it going "offline" for no reason, but it hasn't happened in awhile and works well. Nice to have wifi printing. Got it on sale for a good price so feel it was worth what I paid.

Printer is ok but directions are not user friendly. Wish we had options to install program online.

Works great so far, no issues. Portable and compact. Firs easily in smaller spaces.

I brought it to print and scan documents or photo occasionally at home, so far it worked perfect, never took me any problem.

It’s ok. I love Canon products. It does everything I want but having a hard time getting the printer to scan, I’m sure it’s a software issue but not as easy to set up as my previous Canon printers.

This is a great printer. Very nicely priced. I'm not very tech savvy but I was able to make it work wirelessly with phone and pc
