When I bought an item at Best Buy it was all taken care of during the purchase, all I had to do was provide my Social Security Number and their computer took care of the rest.

A Step Down From Its Predecessor

I am having trouble with the wireless hookup, but have not had time to call tech for help yet.

Many uses and nice and quiet

I had some issues networking with my computer, however, I really like being able to do everything on my phone and just send to my email. Very quiet too.

Wifi enabled and works well! Have not connected to phone to print. I would say that the only con was the price of ink, especially considering the price of the printer itself.
