    I received a notification that a paper jam occurred. I disassembled the printer and determined no jam had occurred. I believe the Canon PIXMA MG3620 had a hardware or mechanical breakdown.

    So far, so good. I’ve only had this printer for about a month, but everything is working as advertised. Setup was very easy - just follow the instructions - and the functions such as two-sided printing, scanning, WiFi connection all work well. The printer is moderate sized with all the buttons placed on top for easy access. Overall, a good value!
