    I rarely use my printer. My old printer stopped working after I hadn't used it in many months. The ink cartridges still had ink in them, but I'm pretty sure they were the issue. This printer was cheaper than buying new cartridges. So now I have a brand new printer, that has met or exceeded all my needs so far.

    Great price for a basic printer. Only complaint I have is the paper load tray has to stay open if paper is in it. To keep the printer closed up when not in use you have to take the paper back out.

    Best Buy met pricing for this printer and had it shipped to our home. The shipment was delayed and/or needed to be reshipped. When I got the printer, it was difficult to get it operational. I finally reached tech support at Canon and got the printer working.
