Extremely difficult in connecting to wireless

Did it once to my android after 3 days of trying.....but had to move computer to another residence for 1 week...never got it to work there. Then returned home and and have not been able to do so since. i cannot return to store. So disappointed in this printer. When printed was great and quiet. Poor because cannot use wireless and have to buy another.
