I just needed something to print basic black and white copies and it works great for that. Not sure how a photo would look, haven't tried one yet.

looks like a great printer for the value- i got it in white, however i still have not been able to install it- it doesn’t connect to wifi. I’ve downloaded the application, followed steps, pressed buttons, looked up youtube tutorials and still no luck. I’ve tried a few times and just gave uo

The only issue is that the 2 ink cartridges black and color cost as much as the printer (59$). This is my second Cannon 3620 printer. The first one lasted 7 years.

Product is great but its not easy to use to set up wireless connection.

We are an older couple. We don't do a lot of printing of any kind. It is just right for us. Light weight home use for sure. It is perfect for that and for us.

Its not the best, but better then the other two I tyd, its not loud so thats a plus because a lot of them are exagerated loud which is annoying..

My last Canon printer lasted almost 20 years. I'm hoping this printer will also last me a long time.

This printer works well for me as I dont need a high capacity printer for anything but the occasional email. It does not connect wirelessly as it states to a chromebook or a pc i have. I have to use an usb connection so be prepared to do that if you purchase it.

Does what l need it to do, not advanced enough for office use.

This printer works great. It comes with a disc, which makes set up real easy. (remember plug and play) Don't buy one with software online. I made a couple of color test prints, but mostly black and white. All of them look great.

Slower than expected when making copies, ink cartridges are expensive

Bought this MG3620 printer with Geek squad protection. Took it to Best Buy after an year to check the protection plan as was able to print. Since this is not available on the west oaks store, they mentioned that the I can get this exchanged, but have to pay 30$ more for the available printer in the store. They also cancelled the protection plan saying this is valid only for an year. Neither I get my printer and lost the protection plan.Had no other way and got a Bose Earphone as exchange :(

Tried everything, but it would not connect wireless. Had to use a usb port from the printer to my laptop to print. Not to mention, as time went on the printer started printing my stuff that was ineligible to read.

Printers comes with full ink unlike others that comes with a shot fill and u will b buying ink shortly

Easy installation. The best thing is, I can print on 2 sides, which means it saves me a lot of paper.

Printer is very noise. Gets the job done but hopefully you don't have a sleeping baby in your room

I got this delivered this evening. I went to set it up and the error button is flashing and I can't get it to stop. Counted the blinks & troubleshot, ect, ect. I can't connect it to my wifi until I get whatever bug figured out. Oddly enough some of the parts when you open the back have ink on them like this is possibly refurbished only they didn't bother to tell you. I've already wasted an hour and a half on what should be a simple set up. I'm furious.
