    this item I purchased works great also its a scanner. when I purchased this I thought it was just a printer having the scanner is a plus. great item well worth the money.

    The printer is good, scans ok, and is well priced. The installation was a nightmare. CD didn't work. Took forever to get it working, which shocked me, I expected more from Canon. Back to HP I guess. This was plug and pray.. Not plug and play.

    I had a hard time connecting with my internet and ended up going hardwire. Happy with the purchase but not too happy with the instructions included. We went online to get help connecting but to no avail.

    Bought this in May, had a similar Canon MG3500 series. Have yet to get wireless printing to work after to following ALL trouble shooting steps. I have to plug laptop into printer with USB cable in order to print

    Purchased this for my college student while he is in a dorm. Saves on his copying fees. He had absolutely no problem hooking this up. Prints perfectly for what he needs. Loves that he can scan things. Great printer, great price.

    I have another Canon printer, a PIXMA MG 3120, that has been having some paper feeding problems. I wanted a printer that used the same ink refills, since I recently purchased several spares. This printer does exactly what I want.
