Ive owned many cannon printers and i chose this one due to the mega tank ink wells instead of the old cartridges but the print quality and colr darkness is no comparison to the old fashion cartridge style printers.

Has been a good printer so far. I would recommend it.

Good for the price. Does what I need it to do.....

I knew they liked red and that it wouldn't be use often.

When you install the software for the printer it installs additional software that incessantly has popups come up that tell you that you need to update the driver. Then, if you click on it, it tells you that you have to purchase new drivers. I tried uninstalling the driver updater software and it uninstalled the printer as well.

Very happy with this printer. No problems. I was a little worried after reading reviews but set-up was easy and I haven't had any connectivity issues. So far so good!

Excellent Printer and scnner good replacement as my old printer a 3500 series had failed

I'm very pleased that I purchased this item and would purchase this item in the future.

Printer works well, and no complaints now that it is set up. Frustrating wi-fi setup for macOS though. I consider myself to be an advance user, and it took me nearly an hour to get my iMac to recognize the device. Setup instructions could be a lot more clear. Had to go to online support forums to finally figure it out.

Works well and is very quiet. This is the first wireless printer we purchased that actually works.

The Wifi installation could have been easier. But once installed it has performed well.

Could not connect to wireless network in our house. This is my 3rd wireless printer so it's not like I haven't done this before. My son-in-law, who is an IT professional, tried and was unable to connect it also. Not sure if this is a common problem or an isolated incident, but I certainly wouldn't recommend this printer.

Good value for the money paid. WiFi connectivity works without issues.

Difficult to set up and required restart each time for printng documents. Recommend spending a little more money on another model or brand.

It was what I wanted. A basic all in one printer.

This printer is perfect for computer user that don’t need all the bell and whistles. It is basically a scanner and printer.

Decent product. Great value although ink is a bit expensive.

The set up was a little challenging at first. After it was all set up it works great!

Adequate. Jammed on the 5th page the first time I used it and the ink tends to feather creating blurry lines. Slow. Bonus that it is also a copier even though the discription leaves that out.

So far printer works very well. Best Buy did a great job in delivering on their promise to notify when available and having ready the day of pick up.
