Great printer for the price. This ended up costing less than me getting ink for my older printer. I love the mobile printing the most, so easy!

That was what I wanted. And I love the Red printer - my favorite color

It’s a nice looking printer. I’m pretty savvy when it comes to technology- not great but I’m not a total failure at it. This printer is impossible to set up. We have a Canon photo printer that works great. So I had high hopes. Returned it after trying everything in the instruction book and on line tutorials to set up wirelessly- gave up after hour and a half - retuned it and bought an HP. I had it installed and printing in less that 10 mins

I am Canon product fan and bought this printer because of the reduced priced. This printer is very economical for the small business owner. Ink price is moderate.

The scanner is almost completely silent. Took a bit to download all of the drivers but the product is great.

A true basic printer that the whole family can use

I don’t think I have ever been so infuriated with an object until I bought this printer. It worked a few prints, then stopped. Refuses to connect to wifi/be registered as a printer in the Canon Print app. I’ve tried numerous times and nothing worked. One weird thing I noticed is this printer appears as an MG3600 when attempting to register as a printer , not MG3620 as it is labeled on the machine itself. Not sure if it’s user error, but regardless, I am taking this useless piece of absolute horse trash to the recycle.

Received a great deal on this printer/scanner/copier during the 4th of July sale. Works well and even prints photos.

Seemed fairly easy to install and copies are sharp and legible.

I get that often times, issues are user error-related, but 3 hours in, I realize this is a product issue. I restarted printer and wireless network several times, confirmed 2.4 speed connection was available, followed the installation instructions multiple times.. to no avail. Was going to concede and just print via laptop through usb cable, before realizing they didn't include usb cable and the cable slot had a special input on the printer. This was the final straw. I am returning the printer and avoiding Canon for another decade.

Good printer, however was a little hard to set up.

This is a Christmas gift for my husband. It hasn’t been used yet. I hope he likes it.

Delivery on time, easy set up, first with canon so far so good.

Works great in small spaces and has a really nice quiet mode. Automatically prints double sided if prompted.

I purchased this for $40 on sale and it has been good for my small home office. Phone app isn't the easiest setup, but I figured it out after a few minutes.

Good printer for a good price. Has all the basic functions needed and the price is right. Only reason its not getting 4 stars is the wireless receiver is not very good. If its not very close to the router it just simply does not work over wireless.

I have been a Canon Pixma buyer for years. Always good quality. I took off two stars because of the exorbitant price for Canon ink refills. I would use this printer much more if inks were more affordable. Instead, I ration my ink for final images only.

This printer is great for occasional home use. I really like that it prints double sided pages automatically without having to reinsert the paper upside down.
