Love this printer I use this for business purposes

The ink system is totally bunk! I can't print more than than 10 sheets of full color cards and (8-10) 8x12 full color art prints before needing to replace the color cartridge. And the last 6 pages of printing, the quality clearly depreciates before you even run out of ink. I totally regret this purchase and wished I would have not felt like I had to settle because everything else was sold out when I needed to buy an emergency replacement printer when my older canon died mid convention prep.

You don't even get 1 star for this hot mess. I was given false information. This printer is NOT compatible with Big Sur 11.0. Three Geek Squad people could not install it. I had to pay extra for tech support. I thought I had bought that when I bought this. I now have an appointment to return it in person to get a refund for the printer, Geek Squad, and the extra GS tech support. I checked with someone on the Best Buy chat because it's impossible to reach a person at the SF Big Buy. That person assured me, after he said he checked three times, that this printer was compatible with the Apple update. It is not. I am not happy about any of this. I suspect I will look to any other store before I buy anything from Best Buy again.

I have enjoyed this printer. It has been an improvement over the last one I had. It has a scanner which I use a lot. Nice printer.

Photo printing could be more clear. Ink empties quickly.

Most ink jet printers these days are disposable so why not buy an inexpensive one that works great! Nothing fancy. Good scanner.

it was easy to set up but didficult to set up connection of my chromebook to print, but finally figured it out. The paper jams a lot. But decent and affordable!

I have set up several wireless printers in the past and have never had such a poor experience setting one up such as this one till now. No matter what I tried, I seemed to run into an error. Could not comment further on the printer as it failed to set up with my macbook +- mobile device.

Very easy and practical handlles all kinds of copies and what i like is that takes copies out straight from your mobile device.

Does everything I need. Great product. I had the same model for five years and I expect this one to last the same amount of time.

Cartridge is hard to change. Slow. Paper is hard to load.

I love this printer, the only downfall is that the scanner cover seems a little cheap but for the money it is a great product!

This printer is great. WiFi accessible. Only downfall is that you must turn it on manually for it to start up.

I just love the product. I use it everyday for school and love the fact that it is a color printer as well. Just love it!!

I needed a printer for school. Scans and prints! Hooking it wireless is a pain but if you can print directly from your phone!!

I requested a smaller model and got the bigger one, I tried it yet waiting for black ink cartridge.

It’s ok. Wish it was faster and easier to set up. Took me a while to figure out how to connect it to WiFi.

After purchasing this printer and connecting it with our network it worked flawlessly. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Love the red, A little slower printing, but still fine for using at my house
