Frequent jamming issues

Every time I have printed since purchasing it, I can only print one page at a time or it jams. It does do double-sided, but I still can only do one double-sided page at a time or it jams.

It kept showing an error code even after I installed it correctly. I was pretty upset because I am a college student and I needed it asap; pretty sad to return it because I've had a Canon before that worked perfectly fine. I would not recommend or buy a Canon printer again.

DO NOT BUY!!!!

My tablet and phone cannot connect because it is not compatible with any internet that’s 5G. I had to call customer support after multiple failed attempts to connect and was told it is not compatible with faster networks. There is no update either. I have to disconnect from my wireless and connect directly to the printer in order to print. Ridiculous. And ink does not last. The sheets fall to the floor when printing. It’s SLOW. I hate this printer.
