Could not connect to wireless network in our house. This is my 3rd wireless printer so it's not like I haven't done this before. My son-in-law, who is an IT professional, tried and was unable to connect it also. Not sure if this is a common problem or an isolated incident, but I certainly wouldn't recommend this printer.

This printer is a piece of junk. I doubt I will win any $ but this is cheaply made, In addition, Best Buy Clearwater does not service in house repair on printers which I should have been told upon purchase. The only service they do on printers is IN HOME service with a $79.99 price tag.

I first bought a Canon printer because it was on sale. I found the setup instructions confusing, and they included a disk -- I found this annoying, because I didn’t intend to buy a disk drive. Furthermore, Canon’s tech support and website were really bad. So I returned the printer and bought an HP. Canon needs to stick to cameras.

The printer has not worked yet. I can't get it to connect to my computer. It’s still be and new. I can't use it. I use it to make copies and the color is very light! I wouldn't recommend it. I really need another computer.

Bought this because I had one like it for years. However,this one works when it feels like it. I found the best way to get it to print when asked to is to keep it off until ready to use.

I couldn't connect to wifi. Since it doesn't have a screen or buttons, I could not figure it out. Maybe I'm dumb but when I took it back the associate said that it is hard to connect and recommended a better one.

It's little slow but, it gets the job done recommended.

Bought this printer in September 2018 with occasional VERY LIGHT printing. As of June 2019, it is completely SHOT - OUT OF COMMISSION. Recently tried printing shipping labels, invoices, and financial spreadsheets. EVERY PRINT CAME OUT OFF ALIGNMENT WITH NOTICEABLE STREAKING. Tried rebooting several times: even did the alignment test, calibrated the entire system, and cleaned the printing head - EVERY TEST FAILED. This is my first Canon printer after being highly raved by family and friends and this will definitely be my last. Sadly, I can say that I got what I paid for. Going back to my all time favorite HP printers that lasted me for years!

For the price, it was the perfect gift for my mother.

I knew they liked red and that it wouldn't be use often.

This little printer is a good choice for home use.

The copier worked fine. However, the printer would not connect to my parents' wireless network. I tried 2 printers and neither connected (and I'm fairly handy with electronics). The printer software looks extremely outdated. I just wanted a simple, inexpensive printer for my parents but this just didn't work out. On the plus side, the return-to-store process was pain free.

This printer not only took me literal hours to set up and connect to my laptop, but it also flat out doesn't work. Once I finally got it connected, I printed a total of 5 pages, when it started throwing errors that the printer has been stopped, it can't communicate with my computer, etc. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps possible, and none of them impact it at all. Do not buy.

It works. Very slow. Has connectivity issues daily.

You said you’ll deliver My printer today by 8.00 p.m Right now is 11.55 p.m and you haven’t delivered anything. I need my printer deliver ASAP!!

Difficult to install. Was incompatible with my new Mac Desktop, although I was told it was. Took it back and got an HP.

I couldn't get the printer to work so I returned it

Had to return it to the store.. would not connect to our laptop! Setup was very difficult and complicated (I’m quite computer savvy) .., ended getting an Epson printer which we were able to set up in 15 minutes!!
