It didn’t work well. It stopped working in less than one month.

Second one of this model and both jam freqluently.

Never could get it to connect. Also, you have to download the canon print app and everything must go through the app. Well its very frustrating on apple devices.

I am a technically capable person and found this device to be too complicated for just a printer. The device continues to drop my network for no reason. I would recommend an Epson.

I've had problems with the wireless installation since I bought that last year. I'm at my university bookstore trying to purchase a cable to connect my printer.

Nice Red color. Wireless setup issues seem to be a defect on this model.

Wanted to connect this printer to my iPad. It doesn’t come with the instructions to to do that!

I purchased this in June of 2022, and it is broken already. I don’t print every day, so it did not get heavy use. It has lost it’s mind and will not recognize when paper is loaded. I don’t know if these are still being made/sold, but l would advise you to avoid it. Seriously, avoid it like it has the plague.

Not impressed with this printer at all. I needed new wireless printer so bought this as a Christmas gift. The color looks dull. It said it had a paper jam so I opened to check and accidentally touched a strip inside and when it started printing again all the pages were messed up. I looked online and I had to delicately clean that strip with a Q-tip and windex. I wouldn’t recommend this printer at all.

Kept losing internet connection. After a year of aggravation threw it out.

Difficult to set up and still doesn’t work great bought another printer a HP no problem at all setting that up

The wifi connection didn’t work and doesn’t come with a usb cable to connect to computer

Printer looks nice, but we spent a combined total of 4 hours trying to establish hook up, including having an IT guy come look at it, he also was stumped. Just would not work. Waste of money, wasted too much time trying to get it to work. Will be returning immediately.

bought a (second) Canon printer to supplement my original one. Unfortunately, this one had software issues. It just would not "sync" to my system. The printer did not work as advertised. Canon was no help. Geek Squad was no help - so it went right back for a refund

It's 2020 and this "machine" thinks it's OK to make you jump through hoops to get it connected to a Mac. It should be bluetooth, you turn it on, it's discoverable on your Mac and you print things, anything else is dumb and a waist of time and money. Don't bother if you have a MAC.

Printer works good, but was unhappy they didnt provide a cable to hook up to pc. You can print wirelessly from pc and phone but not easy to figure it out.

I received one of the worst product. Below are issues 1. Wifi setup is pain not intuitive 2. Never able to do head alignment (tried multiple times and wasted lot of paper) 3. brand new printer say ink low 4. Nozzle alignment also had issues 5. Referred product manual videos but deep cleaning, cleaning nozzle not helping with head alignment

This was an excellent purchase for the price paid, I recommend.

Will not connect with either of my computers…very very frustrated
