Printer works good, but was unhappy they didnt provide a cable to hook up to pc. You can print wirelessly from pc and phone but not easy to figure it out.

It's 2020 and this "machine" thinks it's OK to make you jump through hoops to get it connected to a Mac. It should be bluetooth, you turn it on, it's discoverable on your Mac and you print things, anything else is dumb and a waist of time and money. Don't bother if you have a MAC.

This was an excellent purchase for the price paid, I recommend.

I received one of the worst product. Below are issues 1. Wifi setup is pain not intuitive 2. Never able to do head alignment (tried multiple times and wasted lot of paper) 3. brand new printer say ink low 4. Nozzle alignment also had issues 5. Referred product manual videos but deep cleaning, cleaning nozzle not helping with head alignment

Had to return to the store after for an exchange. This item was shipped from California and arrived with missing parts including the ink cartridges and a cracked lid. This was obviously a returned product and was sent out as new. The store did not have any to replace it with the same product, so I had to pay extra to get one that was in stock.

Didnt work for my think pad i should have read more but nice for the value

Will not connect with either of my computers…very very frustrated

Every time I use it I have to set up the WI FI . Which isn’t so easy . So don’t be in a rush to print anything if you buy this printer.

Second one of this model and both jam freqluently.

This printer has given me one of the worst experiences in my life. Impossible to connect via wifi and it fails connected directly with USB cable as well giving me a printing error. Please stay far and I mean far, far away from this piece of garbage!!!!!!

The printer was very difficult to install, does not operate as advertised, and is very noising, warming up and printing.

Good luck trying to get wireless. I've tried everything recommended and it cant be found

This printer is not compatible with my iPhone. I’m disappointed. Will be returning it.

This printer is a disappointment. It’s always got an issue. The yellow lightning light is always on. The paper somehow always gets stuck OR can never get feed properly. Will be trying a Brother next.

It stopped being able to pull paper through unless I tilted the printer at an angle. The printer was not even a full 6 months old. The other reviews are right, this is a problematic printer that is definitely not worth the price even when it’s on sale at around 40 bucks because of all the headaches it will cause.

Awful purchase. It constantly gives an error message showing a flashing light. It will state that paper needs to be loaded when the tray is full. It will then load a stack of papers and spit some out. Paper remains in there, causing a paper jam. Its difficult to use all of the features on the printer as well. I wont purchase another cannon printer.

I brought this printer and used it twice before it broke. The paper jams after two uses. At first it grabbed couple of sheets at a time. Then just the roller keeps spinning without grabbing the paper and goes into error mode. I wasted my money on this product.

The only reason I bought was for the wireless printer and after 2 hours could never get the printer to recognize my network. I work in data so wasn't expecting issues but instructions were also bad. I thought I had 30 days to return like most stores give but not Best Buy apparently. Guess it's going to Goodwill.

STOP WORKING IN JUST COUPLE MONTHS OF PURCHASING AND BEST BUY WAS OF NO HELP.
