Horrible setup. Could never get it to connect to my phone even with canon help via phone. Finally got it to connect to my husbands phone DAYS later. But never to mine. Returning.

Stupid yhing wony connect yo my ipad or phone wont even pick up on wifi a d cant use the CD because new laptops dont come with them anymore. Waste of money it’s garbage

The technician from Best Buy could not get it to work upon delivery. That actually says it all. He had to take it back.

Printer worked for about a week. After that, it wouldn't power on. Called Best Buy support. They were supposed to call me back but I never heard from them. Needless to say I am done with Best Buy

Site is either outdated or wrong. Everything tells you to use a cable that is not included. Trash

Overall what I needed as a college student to print all my papers

I print a couple pages a week. 7 months into owning this thing, it doesn't pull paper in to print anymore. I tried the fix I found (a self clean of the rollers) and it still doesn't work.

We've had this printer less than a year and it's been printing poorly since 3 months in. Literally one of the worst purchases I've ever made.

I don't like it. I am having trouble putting in the new ink cartridge. You can't lift the lid and putting it in is a problem. I would like to return it for something else. Mellony Higgs

I am finding it impossible to get this printer installed on my computer. Your Geek Squad could not help me, either.

Sadly, this wouldn’t connect to my laptop. I just bought a new laptop too so I’m not sure what the issue was.

Hardest printer to set up sad part about it is I think best buy knew this information when they decided to put it on sale.

OMG! I have NEVER had such problems setting up a printer, wirelessly. This one required I call Canon and get a tech to help me. Was not a great experience so if you need a printer to work when you get home, don't get this one. VERY disappointed in this product.

I would not recommend this printer. Paper jams EVERY time I print something whether I have 10 pieces of paper in feeder or 1. I am replacing it. You get what you pay for.

Do not waste your money on this. Invest in a higher quality printer. It simply does not work and it is a major headache setting up.

can not get the downloaded printer file to open on my windows 11 laptop. very frustrating!

Ordered this printer on Best Buy website. Waited for a week. We got a lemon in the mail. Returned it!

Can not figure out how to get it to work down loaded the app and doesn’t work. Canon support is trash.
