This is the upgrade to my old canon which stopped working. It’s works great. Setup was easy and prints quickly.

I love this product! Easy to set up, small footprint and so reliable and easy to use. Very affordable but not sure if the ink is yet as it came with a starter set.

After owning a Canon Pixma for 5 years it finally quit. I purchased the Pixma 3620 hoping for the same performance. The problem was in the installation. After many attempts my computer refused to recognize the printer and wouldn't connect wirelessly. My neighbor who is IT qualified also tried with no success. He then took it to his house thinking it might be an issue with my pc and router. After many attempts he also couldn't connect. I took it back to Best Buy and exchanged it for another Pixma 3620. Same result, it wouldn't connect. Finally exchanged it for a HP 2734e. Setup was very simple and it connected instantly. I must compliment Best Buy for an excellent return experience. Just one mention,I am running Windows10. Is there a compatibility problem?

I’ve had a Canon Pixma for 10+ years and it still works, but I needed to upgrade after replacing my laptop because there was not a compatible driver for my new laptop. This printer has all the same great features as my old one, but now I can print without wires from my laptop and phone. This Pixma also boots up faster than my previous model. I’m hoping to get another 10+ years out of this one.

I found the Canon - PIXMA MG3620 Wireless All-In-One Printer around 40% off. The print quality is good for the price of the printer. The reason it didn't get 4 stars is because it doesn't have a scan button. You have to have your computer on and use the Canon software to scan from the All-In-One Printer

Setup wasn't complicated. Just doesn't come with a USB cable in cas you need a wire for access or if for some reason wireless doesn't work. Overall a good buy.

space saving unit easy to use and hook up good price

Downloaded app for easy setup. Only have minor issue. When printing, I have to constantly change it to print in black and white. Automatically set to print in color. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Took a while to set up. It did not want to connect to my computer. Have no understanding as to why. My son tried, my husband tried and so did I. After about 3 days we finally got it to work. Works nicely now.

If you have light printing needs and want a low profile printer for a great price, this might be the one. Great photo prints as well as paper, clear, clean and fast. Ink might run a lot if you do heavy jobs ( one star lower) but really can't go wrong for the kind of printer we needed from a small home office.

We like the printer/scanner. Its easy to use and change the ink.

This printer was exactly what I was looking for. Excellent price, easy to use, space saver. It's just perfect...

I like that the printer works for every day tasks. The only downside is that in order to set up the wireless printing, you need to connect the printer to a network that has WPS (which is a bad security practice). I ended up purchasing a the USB cable and connecting it that way. Other than that, it works great.

Nice, inexpensive printer, only problem is getting it started was hard because the instructions were confusing. Had to call Canon for help. Paper also flies out of the tray - it should be a little longer.

Replaced an older printer that was going haywire. took about 20 minutes from unboxing to test print. So far printing is effortless, even from my phone and tablet. Took a while to get this printer, seems to be in short supply.

For the price, this is a great value. Had troubles setting up to wifi, but after restart the process over I was able to connect. I like the automatic power on over feature. So far I have only used it to scan and it’s scans well.
