The only thing I wish I knew before I purchased was how large it was....larger than expected. However, once I had ensured I was off of VPN, it was a relatively quick and painless setup process and I'm very pleased with both the product and the BB curbside pickup process.

Is very hard to connect with network.good price easy to use.

It's a great printer, but it would not connect to my lap top. I reached out to Best Buy so that they could assist me, but they said they didn't do that type of work and that I had to call and get help over the phone. I really like my printer because I can make copies but it's still not connected to my laptop

It works great. My son hooked it up and said it was easy to hookup.

I don't like the fact that it seems to take a long time for information to get from my computer to the printer and for the printer to respond to my print commands. Once it does respond, it is relatively fast, but sometimes it seems to take too long for the printer to respond to my computer's print requests. I did call Canon and they verified that it is functioning properly. I can't get it to work with Firefox at all.

this is the best small printer I have ever owned. Not too bulky, prints fast. Tthe scanning feature is so simple and fast. Makes great copies. I would recommend this printer to anyone that just wants a simple printer/scanner that is of good quality and not too big.

Printing is good and mostly quick, scanning is good. The main problem we have had is connecting through Wi-Fi router to a phone. It does not want to receive and print

Very Straightforward. Wish it wouldn't use the mobile app for initial setup but that's the way it is nowadays. Once you set it up through the app to get the IP address you can uninstall it from your phone.

This is a very good basic printer . The Wi-Fi was easy to set up on it, and the instructions were easy to follow . It's not perfect but for the price it was more than worth it.

Technician Thomas Laborico is a super star. He helped me decide on replacing my old Canon printer and helped me select the printer. Printer was delivered on-time and Thomas was on time and completed the install. Awesome from start to finish
