Just bought the printer a few weeks ago and have only printed 20 or so things and in black and white only. It is saying low on ink with both color and black ink so I’m confused about how that is possible. Pretty disappointed about that. I am going to call Customer Service and ask if this is normal. Other than that it seems reasonable for the price.

This is my second Canon printer. I purchased this one for two reasons: 1) it was on sale and 2) I have had good experiences with Canon printers. I really like this printer. Since it is just used in my home for personal printing it is fast enough and gives a great quality print.

Good price. Was a bit hard to get to connect to my home WiFi. Finally got it to work and prints good.

I am already a fan of Canon printers. This one has yet to disappoint. Set up was Very easy. The scanner comes with ImageGarden, a user friendly software to help with specific printing/scanning tasks. I got it on clearance for $50, so I am extra pleased

Really enjoying the quality of prints. I'm a music student that prints out a lot of scores and assignments daily.

Was able to setup wireless connection without too much fuss. Not the best for lots of detailed picture printing. Printer was good price. Will likely not use non-Canon ink because printer head in older Canon (printer looks exactly same as new one just different model) became so misaligned when I bought "compatible" ink, I was unable to correct the issue on my own and it was cheaper to just buy a new printer rather than pay to get repaired.

This is a great printer for school and work. It is nothing super fancy, but it does print like a charm. Installation was easy and have had no problems.

It's a great printer for a decent price I've used it quite a bit. Yet to do an ink change yet but it operates smoothly.

I was looking for a small printer for everyday needs and this is perfect. I can print from computer or my phone. Definitely can’t beat the price on this as well. Print is clear.

I have been looking for a wireless printer not necessarily an all-in-one. I found this Canon at a great price on sale. I also checked the price of ink cartridges and I was happy with the price. Set-up was very easy although I haven't yet linked the cell phones, tablet, or laptop. I will get to that.

Great value for the purpose we need. Plus with it in stock we got it quick

It prints from my iPad and that's what I wanted. It is very plain, no fancy extras not even an LED option panel. Does everything its supposed to.

This is the 2nd Canon PIXMA MG3620 printer that we have bought. I still have mine that I purchased 2 years ago and just bought one for my son who is going off to college.

This is a good printer. The wifii works seamlessly and the printing quality is good as well
